Adopting high-precision 180 ° flat cutting technology, the valve and sensor fit more smoothly, without tilting or rubbing against the tire wall after installation, avoiding friction damage during high-speed driving, ensuring stable sensor signals and consistent dynamic balance.

Standard 11.5mm (0.453 inch) wheel hub hole
Original steel rims and ordinary alloy wheels are universal, and 95% of household car vacuum tires and wheels on the market can be directly replaced. They are standard parts for automotive repair.
Suitable for wheel hub thickness of 1.8-4mm
Full coverage of mainstream wheels for household cars; The maximum pressure capacity is 65 PSI (4.5 bar), fully meeting the standard tire pressure requirements for sedans/SUVs, and suitable for high-speed driving up to 210 km/h.
Effective length 38mm (1.5 inches)
Compared with shorter tire valves, the TR414 provides greater accessibility during tire inflation. Its longer stem design makes it easier to connect air chucks and pressure gauges, especially on alloy wheels with recessed valve openings.
The premium rubber effectively resists cracking caused by ozone, sunlight, heat, and harsh weather conditions, while the brass stem ensures excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The TPMS Valve 01 tire valve is suitable for
Passenger vehicle tire replacement
Rubber valves degrade after 3 years with cracks. Skipping valve replacement leads to slow leaks and breakage at high speeds.
Tire service centers
New Tire valves fitted with every tire change to stop leaks and high-speed valve damage from aged rubber stems.
Automotive repair workshops
Every tire change equipped with durable TR413 valve stems. Replace tires and valves at once to solve air leakage problems and ensure driving safety.
Wheel manufacturers
The gray coating offers a clean, professional finish after installation.
Tire distributors
The stick-on design helps achieve dynamic balance without damaging the wheel edge.
Fleet maintenance
Surface processing, tape selection, labeling and packaging can be customized according to customer requirements.

Installation precautions
Each replacement must use a brand new sealing gasket, and it is forbidden to reuse the old gasket to cause air leakage.
The M3 thread locking force is moderate to avoid excessive force causing thread slippage or damage to the sensor base.
During installation, keep the 180 ° flat surface parallel to the inner wall of the tire to prevent tilting and rubbing against the tire, which may cause safety hazards.
How to replace the tire valve
01Dismantle the old tire valve
After peeling off the tire, push out the aged and damaged old tire valve from the inside of the wheel hub, and clean the rust and burrs in the wheel hub holes.
02Install a new tire valve
Apply water-based lubricant to the root of the new tire valve, insert it from the outside of the wheel hub, and use a pulling tool to tighten and fix it in place with the wheel hub.
03Leak detection completed
Inflate to standard tire pressure, apply soapy water to the root of the tire valve and check for no bubbles or leaks. Assemble the tire and perform dynamic balancing.
Tip: When replacing the valve, it is necessary to perform dynamic balancing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can TPMS valve replace regular rubber tire valve?
No. Ordinary rubber valves have no M3 thread to fix TPMS sensors. TPMS valves are specially structured for tire pressure sensors, they are not interchangeable.
What vehicles fit TPMS Valve 01?
Compatible with Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Malibu, Mondeo, Volvo, JAC, GMC, Raptor, Nissan Sylphy. Fits all TPMS sensors with M3 thread base.
Will the M3 bottom thread slip easily?
Threads are precisely machined. It won’t slip if tightened with proper torque. Excessive force will damage threads and sensor base.
What is the benefit of 180° square angle trimming?
The flat 180° design keeps the valve straight after installation, prevents rubbing against the tire inner wall, stabilizes TPMS signal and wheel balance.
