Tr418 Tire Valve Stem – Long Rubber Snap-In Tubeless Tire Valve for Passenger Cars & Commercial Vehicles
The TR418 Tire Valve Stem is a long-style rubber snap-in valve designed for tubeless tire systems where additional valve stem length is required for easier inflation access and improved compatibility with specific wheel designs.
Compared with standard rubber tire valves, the TR418 provides an extended stem structure that helps technicians access the valve core more conveniently, especially on wheels with deeper rims, wider spokes, or special wheel configurations.
Manufactured using automotive-grade rubber materials and precision-machined valve components, Shengshi Weiye TR418 tire valves deliver stable sealing performance, durability, and consistent quality for tire service centers, distributors, and aftermarket customers worldwide.
Extended Valve Stem Design for Special Wheel ApplicationsEasier access for tire inflation tools, Better clearance from wheel structures, Improved service efficiency.
Durable Rubber ConstructionThe valve body is produced with high-quality rubber compounds designed for automotive environments.
Reliable Tubeless Sealing PerformanceA tire valve is a small but critical component in maintaining tire safety.

How to replace the tire valve
01Dismantle the old tire valve
After peeling off the tire, push out the aged and damaged old tire valve from the inside of the wheel hub, and clean the rust and burrs in the wheel hub holes.
02Install a new tire valve
Apply water-based lubricant to the root of the new tire valve, insert it from the outside of the wheel hub, and use a pulling tool to tighten and fix it in place with the wheel hub.
03Leak detection completed
Inflate to standard tire pressure, apply soapy water to the root of the tire valve and check for no bubbles or leaks. Assemble the tire and perform dynamic balancing.
Tip: When replacing the valve, it is necessary to perform dynamic balancing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a TR418 tire valve?
TR418 is an extended rubber snap-in tire valve designed for tubeless wheels where additional valve stem length is required for easier inflation and maintenance.
What makes TR418 different from regular tire valves?
The main difference is its extended stem design, which provides better accessibility for wheels with deeper valve locations or special rim structures.
Can TR418 replace TR413?
Not always. TR418 and TR413 have different stem lengths. Replacement should be selected according to wheel design and valve accessibility requirements.
Is TR418 suitable for aluminum alloy wheels?
Yes. TR418 can be installed on compatible aluminum alloy wheels and steel wheels with matching valve hole specifications.
Why should tire valves be replaced with new tires?
Rubber valve stems age due to sunlight, ozone, heat, and road conditions. Installing a new valve with new tires improves sealing reliability and reduces maintenance risks.
What vehicles use TR418 tire valves?
TR418 is commonly used for passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, trailers, and wheel applications requiring an extended rubber valve stem.
