TR412 Tire Valve Stem | Short Rubber Snap-in Tubeless Valve
TR412 Tire Valve Stem is a short standard snap on rubber valve that is compatible with the market standard 11.5mm wheel hub hole. It is designed specifically for shallow groove wheels, motorcycles, small passenger cars, and lightweight commuting models. Adopting anti-aging materials, strong sealing, ozone resistance, high temperature resistance, and eliminating slow air leakage problems, it is a universal basic model for automotive repair replacement, batch matching, and foreign trade supply without an inner tire air valve.
Compared to TR413/TR414, it is shorter and less abrupt overall, suitable for ultra-thin and shallow depth wheels, with simple installation and better high-speed stability.
Excellent Airtight SealingExcellent airtight sealing to minimize pressure loss.
SuitableSuitable for steel and aluminum wheels with a 0.453" (11.5 mm) valve hole..
CustomizationAvailable in black rubber, chrome sleeve, and customized versions.

Standard 11.5mm (0.453 inch) wheel hub hole
Original steel rims and ordinary alloy wheels are universal, and 95% of household car vacuum tires and wheels on the market can be directly replaced. They are standard parts for automotive repair.
Suitable for wheel hub thickness of 1.8-4mm
Full coverage of mainstream wheels for household cars; The maximum pressure capacity is 65 PSI (4.5 bar), fully meeting the standard tire pressure requirements for sedans/SUVs, and suitable for high-speed driving up to 210 km/h.
Effective length 22mm (0.86 inches)
Suitable for shallow grooves, thin wheels, motorcycles, and small cars, with the shortest overall length and highest fit
Widely used for compact cars, electric vehicles, motorcycles and light-duty wheels with shallow rim depth. Perfect for tire replacement, daily repair and wholesale matching. Not applicable for TPMS sensor installation.:
The TR412 tire valve is suitable for
Passenger vehicle tire replacement
Rubber valves degrade after 3 years with cracks. Skipping valve replacement leads to slow leaks and breakage at high speeds.
Tire service centers
New TR412 Tire valves fitted with every tire change to stop leaks and high-speed valve damage from aged rubber stems.
Automotive repair workshops
Every tire change equipped with durable TR413 valve stems. Replace tires and valves at once to solve air leakage problems and ensure driving safety.
Wheel manufacturers
The gray coating offers a clean, professional finish after installation.
Tire distributors
The stick-on design helps achieve dynamic balance without damaging the wheel edge.
Fleet maintenance
Surface processing, tape selection, labeling and packaging can be customized according to customer requirements.
Comparison of TR412/TR413/TR414 Differences
-TR412 (short version): Suitable for shallow grooves, thin wheels, motorcycles, and small cars, with the shortest overall length and highest fit
-TR413 (Standard): The mainstream model of a regular family sedan, with moderate wheel depth and universal use
-TR414 (Extended): Deep groove wheel hub, thick wheel hub, off-road, truck thick wheel hub special
Suitable for Vehicle Service and Aftermarket Supply

How to replace the tire valve
01Dismantle the old tire valve
After peeling off the tire, push out the aged and damaged old tire valve from the inside of the wheel hub, and clean the rust and burrs in the wheel hub holes.
02Install a new tire valve
Apply water-based lubricant to the root of the new tire valve, insert it from the outside of the wheel hub, and use a pulling tool to tighten and fix it in place with the wheel hub.
03Leak detection completed
Inflate to standard tire pressure, apply soapy water to the root of the tire valve and check for no bubbles or leaks. Assemble the tire and perform dynamic balancing.
Tip: When replacing the valve, it is necessary to perform dynamic balancing.
Installation Notes
-Only use soapy water for water-based lubrication during installation. Do not use engine oil or butter to avoid corroding rubber and causing aging and air leakage
-After installation, ensure that the base is completely attached to the wheel hub, without tilting, to avoid high-speed vibration, micro cracking, and air leakage
-Newly installed equipment must undergo soap water leakage testing to confirm that there are no bubbles in the valve core and base
-It is recommended to replace the valve synchronously with each tire change, with a service life of 2-3 years to avoid aging and failure
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between TR412 and TR413?
TR412 is shorter and designed specifically for shallow groove thin wheels, motorcycles, and small cars; TR413 is a standard length that is compatible with the vast majority of household sedan wheels. The two have the same aperture and can be interchanged, with only the length adapting to different scenarios.
Can TR412 be equipped with tire pressure sensors?
It is not possible. TR412 is a regular rubber valve with no sensor installation structure. If TPMS is required, a dedicated metal sensing valve should be selected.
Is TR412 suitable for motorcycle use?
Very suitable. The short structure does not protrude from the wheels and has good vibration stability, making it a commonly used replacement nozzle for motorcycle vacuum tires.
Why does the newly installed valve still leak slowly?
It is often caused by incomplete tightening and fitting, skewed installation, and the use of oily lubrication to corrode rubber. Standardized installation and leak detection can prevent this.
