TPMS Valve 37 – Rubber TPMS Valve Stem with Clip for Nissan Patrol, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Quest and Terra
TPMS Valve 37 is a specially designed rubber valve stem for Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) applications.
Unlike standard rubber tire valves, this model features a bottom retaining clip structure, which helps securely fix the TPMS sensor assembly inside the wheel and maintain stable installation during vehicle operation.
The combination of high-quality rubber material, precision brass components, and secure locking design makes TPMS Valve 37 an ideal replacement solution for automotive repair shops, tire service centers, and TPMS distributors.
The optimized rubber valve structure provides excellent sealing performance during long-term vehicle operation.
The snap-in design allows fast replacement during tire service.
Compatible with multiple Chinese vehicle brands and aftermarket TPMS repair requirements.

Standard 11.5mm (0.453 inch) wheel hub hole
Original steel rims and ordinary alloy wheels are universal, and 95% of household car vacuum tires and wheels on the market can be directly replaced. They are standard parts for automotive repair.
Suitable for wheel hub thickness of 1.8-4mm
Full coverage of mainstream wheels for household cars; The maximum pressure capacity is 65 PSI (4.5 bar), fully meeting the standard tire pressure requirements for sedans/SUVs, and suitable for high-speed driving up to 210 km/h.
Effective length 38mm (1.5 inches)
Compared with shorter tire valves, the TR414 provides greater accessibility during tire inflation. Its longer stem design makes it easier to connect air chucks and pressure gauges, especially on alloy wheels with recessed valve openings.

Installation precautions
Each replacement must use a brand new sealing gasket, and it is forbidden to reuse the old gasket to cause air leakage.
The thread locking force is moderate to avoid excessive force causing thread slippage or damage to the sensor base.
During installation, keep the flat surface parallel to the inner wall of the tire to prevent tilting and rubbing against the tire, which may cause safety hazards.
How to replace the tire valve
01Dismantle the old tire valve
After peeling off the tire, push out the aged and damaged old tire valve from the inside of the wheel hub, and clean the rust and burrs in the wheel hub holes.
02Install a new tire valve
Apply water-based lubricant to the root of the new tire valve, insert it from the outside of the wheel hub, and use a pulling tool to tighten and fix it in place with the wheel hub.
03Leak detection completed
Inflate to standard tire pressure, apply soapy water to the root of the tire valve and check for no bubbles or leaks. Assemble the tire and perform dynamic balancing.
Tip: When replacing the valve, it is necessary to perform dynamic balancing.
