Installation precautions
Each replacement must use a brand new sealing gasket, and it is forbidden to reuse the old gasket to cause air leakage.
The thread locking force is moderate to avoid excessive force causing thread slippage or damage to the sensor base.
During installation, keep the flat surface parallel to the inner wall of the tire to prevent tilting and rubbing against the tire, which may cause safety hazards.
How to replace the tire valve
01Dismantle the old tire valve
After peeling off the tire, push out the aged and damaged old tire valve from the inside of the wheel hub, and clean the rust and burrs in the wheel hub holes.
02Install a new tire valve
Apply water-based lubricant to the root of the new tire valve, insert it from the outside of the wheel hub, and use a pulling tool to tighten and fix it in place with the wheel hub.
03Leak detection completed
Inflate to standard tire pressure, apply soapy water to the root of the tire valve and check for no bubbles or leaks. Assemble the tire and perform dynamic balancing.
